Development Associate

A company is looking for a Development Associate.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct prospect research and manage a live pipeline for grant opportunities

Own and advance a grants pipeline, drafting proposals and maintaining a grants calendar

Draft donor communications and manage donor acknowledgments and stewardship activities

Required Qualifications

3-5 years of nonprofit development experience with ownership of grants and donor communications

Self-starter with strong organizational and project management skills

Familiarity with CRM and project management systems (Hubspot, Asana, etc.)

Experience drafting and submitting grants to various funding entities

Ability to operate with minimal oversight and proactively recommend system improvements
