About the Role :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support, ensuring efficient office operations and excellent service to staff and visitors.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Greet visitors, answer phones, and direct inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
  • Maintain organized filing systems (electronic and paper).
  • Assist with travel arrangements and expense reporting.
  • Order office supplies and manage inventory.
  • Support event planning and internal communications.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Friendly, professional demeanor and a team-oriented attitude.
  • Pay Details : $20.00 to $24.00 per hour
