Controller

Seeking an experienced and strategic Corporate Controller to be a leader in the company's finance function. This role is pivotal in overseeing accounting and financial functions, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and providing strategic financial guidance to support the company's growth objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee daily accounting and finance functions, including financial reporting, accounts payable, treasury, accounts receivable, general ledger and financial analysis.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local financial regulations and taxation.
• Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure the integrity of financial statements.
• Collaborate with the executive leadership team to develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company's goals. Provide insights and recommendations on financial performance, opportunities, and risks.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the accounting and finance operations.
• Foster a culture of high performance and continuous development.
• Coordinate and deliver results external stakeholders, including auditors, tax advisors, and financial institutions.
