Description
EGC Construction a subsidiary of Messer Construction Co., is currently seeking a Superintendent to join the team.
EGC Construction Co. employs more than 120 skilled craft workers that focus on safety, quality and customer satisfaction. We offer general, commercial and industrial construction including electrical work, millwrights, pipe fitters and structural steel detailers. EGC is proud to be part of the Messer Construction family of companies and we are committed to building what matters most for our customers and transforming the communities in which we live.
The primary responsibility of this position is to supervise and coordinate field operations, driving projects to successful completion through a safe work environment, quality construction, effective planning & scheduling, cost management, collaboration with project stakeholders, and superior customer service. The candidate must have a demonstrated familiarity with the construction industry and possess a desire for growth, long-term thinking, and relationship building skills.

EGC is a merit shop contractor supporting a Team working environment. All Team members will be required from time to time to perform other duties they are qualified to perform, outside of this job description and their normal work function.
