Atencio Hall, PLLC is seeking an attorney to join its multi-state energy and natural resources practice group to primarily assist with drafting oil, gas and mineral title opinions and related land and real estate matters.

Requirements :

• Licensed attorney in good standing, with Pennsylvania, Ohio and / or West Virginia licensure preferred.
• Previous experience in drafting title opinions, especially in the Appalachian basin, is preferred.
• Qualified candidates must have an excellent academic record, a strong work ethic, strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work well with a team.
• Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and ability to write in clear and concise manner.
• Ability to work independently.

Work Location :

In person at our Greentree, PA office.
