AI Manager (Boston)

We are looking for AI Engineering manager :

• Lead and manage cross-functional teams to deliver AI / ML projects that enhance product capabilities and customer experience.
• Define and execute the AI / ML roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and technological advancements.
• Collaborate with product management, data science, and engineering teams to identify opportunities for AI / ML integration.
• Oversee the design, development, and deployment of scalable AI / ML solutions.
• Establish best practices, standards, and governance for AI / ML development and deployment within the organization.
• Monitor industry trends and emerging AI / ML technologies to guide innovation strategies.
• Build and mentor a high-performing team of data scientists, ML engineers, and developers.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate project progress effectively.
