Position Summary

Responsible for and manages all financial, accounting, processes and internal controls the accounting and financial activities in the business as well as being a trusted business partner that has an operational / business mindset who can deliver results that improve the business working with business leaders and auditors

Position Responsibilities :

• Works effectively with a wide array of plant personnel ranging from hourly employees to senior management
• Manages and develops a team focused on business partnering, advisory, continuous improvement efforts, and data driven analysis / decision making
• Oversees preparation of financial statements and analysis, budgets and forecasts, and variance analysis of actual performance results.
• Maintains fiscal responsibility and ensures the establishment and administration of adequate internal controls within the organization.
• Helps drive profitable decision making and maximizing return on assets by preparing and analyzing financial data along with operational metrics.
• Understands and remains close with the operations of the business and operators, providing them with financial analysis and business insights to help with decision making
• Presents analysis findings to various leaders in the business.
• Maintains financial staff job results by coaching, counseling, and developing employees; planning, monitoring and appraising job results.

Specific Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required :

Position Qualifications :

Education :

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting

CPA preferred

Experience :

7+ years of experience, preferably at a manufacturing company

Oracle R12 and Hyperion Financial Management experience preferred

Work Environment and Physical Requirements :

Office Environment

Ability to sit for long periods of time

Vision abilities required to validate and enter data on computer

Compensation Range

$107,957 - $164,934

The compensation range for this position is specific to the locations listed below and is the range Fox reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including job-related knowledge; skillset; experience, education and training; certifications; and other relevant business and organizational factors.
