Key Responsibilities
Own the full acquisition funnel, managing paid search, paid social, SEO, email, and landing pages
Run the conversion rate optimization (CRO) program, continuously testing and improving marketing strategies
Lead and develop a marketing team, providing guidance and accountability for outcomes
Required Qualifications
5-8 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in managing paid acquisition
Strong writing skills for creating compelling marketing copy across various channels
Experience with technical aspects of marketing, including building landing pages and tracking conversions
Analytical mindset with the ability to segment data and derive actionable insights
Organized and capable of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously
