Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Concierge and Security Officer to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients and their guests, as well as providing exceptional customer service as a concierge.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist visitors and guests in a friendly and professional manner

- Monitor and control access to the premises, ensuring only authorized personnel enter

- Conduct regular patrols of the premises to ensure safety and security

- Respond to emergency situations and take appropriate action

- Monitor security cameras and report any suspicious activity

- Handle and resolve conflicts or disturbances in a calm and professional manner

- Assist with the coordination of emergency response procedures

- Maintain accurate records and logs of daily activities

- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and their guests

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in security or customer service

- Valid security license and first aid certification

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to handle and resolve conflicts in a professional manner

- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask

- Knowledge of emergency response procedures

- Proficient in using security equipment and systems

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Flexible schedule, including the ability to work evenings and weekends if needed
