Paul Mitchell the School Boise is seeking a qualified Cosmetology Learning Leader (Educator) to join our team! With over one hundred schools nation-wide, Paul Mitchell Schools is growing faster than ever. Clinic and Classroom Learning Leader Role
Classroom and clinic Learning Leaders plan and facilitate classes from a accredited and approved curriculum specific to Paul Mitchell Schools. The objective is to meet graduation requirements for hands on and theoretical knowledge in a fun and engaging classroom and clinic classroom. Our school plans classes that cater to all multiple intelligences and learning styles.
What We Are Looking For:
The ideal candidate will have successful previous teaching experience and strong leadership skills as well as experience with Paul Mitchell products. He or she must be self-motivated to meet goals, as well as inspire, inspect, and coach team members in all clinic floor systems including up-selling, rebooking, and guest service systems. This position requires experience in positive and effective communication, customer service resolution and teamwork. Must be able to think on their feet and problem solve in a fast paced environment and multi task.
