Job Title : Material Handler

Location : Westford MA

Duration : 06 Month of Contract+ possible extension

Job Summary

Responsible for ensuring inventory is accurately maintained and delivered to required areas on time.

Supports manufacturing and assembly operations in a regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform material movements both physically and systematically.
• Generate and process work orders using an ERP system.
• Complete work order receipts and perform cycle counts as required.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Support product flow through manufacturing and assembly areas.
• Work effectively within a cross-functional team.
• Handle chemicals such as isopropyl alcohol and sulfuric acid (training provided).
• Work overtime as required to meet business needs.
• Comply with FDA regulations, company policies, SOPs, QMS, and EMS requirements.
• Maintain positive communication with team members, vendors, and management.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of inventory control experience (regulated environment preferred).

High school diploma or GED required.
