Commercial Litigation Attorney (3-5 years)

We are seeking a skilled commercial litigator with 3 to 5 years of litigation experience to be part of our dynamic team. This role is an excellent opportunity to represent clients in a variety of commercial litigation matters, including work with financial institutions in state, federal, and appellate proceedings. Candidates must hold an active and in good standing Texas law license.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage in commercial litigation with a focus on crafting persuasive legal arguments.
• Draft complaints, answers, motions, and other critical pleadings.
• Develop and strategize approaches for written and deposition discovery.
• Produce high-quality research and written work products reflecting meticulous attention to detail.
• Participate in trial preparation, including evidentiary hearings.

• A collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in a team.
• Confidence and professionalism in representing clients in interactions with opposing counsel.
• Strong research, analytical, and communication skills, both verbal and written.
