A company is looking for a Remote Appliance Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Handles inbound phone calls regarding appliance replacement orders and provides customer service for replacements and upgrades
Interprets customer contracts and determines appropriate replacement models based on their current appliances
Assists customers in finding comparable replacement appliances from approved vendor suppliers and resolves escalated customer service issues
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required
1-3 years of customer service experience or equivalent education and experience
Must have internet access with minimum 4.6Mbps upload / download speeds
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
Computer skills in a Windows-based environment (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)
