Application Developer - Java

CTG is seeking to fill an Application Developer - Java position for our client.

Location : Phoenix, AZ

Duration : 12 months

Duties :

Design, develop, test, and support enterprise applications using the Java / JEE technology stack.

Build and maintain web-based applications using Java frameworks and supporting languages such as Node.js and Python.

Implement transaction management, dependency injection, inversion of control, and aspect-oriented programming.

Develop and integrate data access, batch processing, and enterprise system integrations.

Apply functional programming principles and test-driven development practices.

Collaborate within DevOps environments, supporting CI / CD pipelines and cloud-based deployments.

Skills : Java / JEE

Python

Web technologies and frameworks

Cloud networking concepts

Big Data technologies

Redis

DevOps tools and methodologies

Experience :

Proven experience in enterprise application development using Java and modern web technologies.

Hands-on experience with frameworks supporting transaction management, data access, and batch processing.

Experience working in cloud and DevOps-enabled environments.

Education :

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
