Job Description :

Are you a passionate communicator with a flair for engaging with people? We are looking for an Entry Level Communications Agent to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the frontline ambassador of our brand, responsible for fostering relationships and effectively communicating our message to a wide audience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and clients.
  • Communicate effectively through various channels, including phone, email, and social media.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding products and services.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of communication strategies.
  • Collaborate with team members to prepare presentations and promotional materials.
  • Monitor and report on customer feedback and engagement metrics.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor.
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the role.
