Key Responsibilities

Lead a high-performing Talent team, ensuring accountability to KPIs and performance standards

Streamline workflows and enhance service delivery through AI, automation, and continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

3+ years of leadership experience in talent acquisition or workforce operations

Proven ability to build and optimize talent pipelines and workforce systems

Experience in leading high-volume, technology-enabled talent operations

Strong leadership skills with a data-driven approach to strategy and operations
