The Mission
At Finding Mastery, we help individuals and organizations unlock their potential at the frontier of high performance and wellbeing. We are looking for a CRM Specialist who is obsessed with the "science of the system." Your mission is to ensure our technology ecosystem, the backbone of our relationships with leaders, teams, and our community, is seamless, insightful, and scalable.
You won’t just manage a database; you will help us understand the people we serve so we can provide them with the tools they need to be their best.
What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)
- System Architecture: Own the health, configuration, and evolution of our CRM. You’ll design workflows that make life easier for our sales, marketing, and coaching teams.
- The "Human" Data: Audit and maintain data integrity. You’ll ensure that every interaction, from a podcast listener to an enterprise client, is captured accurately to provide a 360-degree view of our ecosystem.
- Performance Analytics: Build and manage dashboards that track the "pulse" of the business. You’ll translate complex data sets into actionable insights for leadership.
- Automation Mastery: Design and implement automated lead-nurturing paths and customer journeys that feel personal, not robotic.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the bridge between Marketing, Sales, and Operations, ensuring no one is working in a silo.
- User Training: Empower the team by creating documentation and leading "mastery sessions" to ensure everyone is using our tools effectively.
Who You Are (Requirements)
The Technician: 3+ years of experience in CRM administration (HubSpot or Salesforce preferred). You know how to build custom objects, complex workflows, and API integrations.- The Analyst: You don't just see numbers; you see patterns. You are proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and data visualization tools.
- The High Performer: You thrive in fast-paced environments. You are detail-oriented (nothing slips through the cracks) but can also think big-picture.
- The Learner: You have a growth mindset. You’re likely a fan of the podcast or the world of psychology/performance and are eager to apply those principles to your work.
- Human-First: You understand that behind every data point is a person. You prioritize user experience and ethical data handling.
