What You’ll Do :

As a Behavior Analyst, you’ll play a meaningful role in providing support to individuals and their caregivers by coordinating, supervising, and providing behavioral services. Services will be provided from a strengths-based lens, utilizing evidence-based practices including Trauma Informed Care, Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), and Skill-Based Treatment, working with individuals with various diagnoses, including behavioral health, intellectual / developmental disorders, and autism spectrum disorders. Intervention may occur in various settings and include functional behavioral analysis and assessment, behavior acquisition and reduction procedures, naturalistic teaching, and adaptive life skills. The Behavior Analyst will also oversee the programming of and provide ongoing support and supervision to Behavior Technicians (BTs), as well as provide clinical training supervision to behavior specialists. This position also provides training and support to parents / caregivers as it relates to the implementation and documentation associated with skill acquisition and behavior support plans. The Behavior Analyst is responsible for coordinating care across environments and with other treatment team and family members.
