As a part of our onboarding process, you will receive free certification training for Dell and Lenovo products, enhancing your skills and credentials.
Job Details
- This is a 1099 Contract position. The call volume typically ranges from 2 to 5 calls per day, and compensation is based on completed calls, starting at $35 per ticket.
- Your primary responsibility will be to perform hardware part replacements for Dell and Lenovo warranty services.
- Pay periods occur every Friday after your first week of completed tickets.
- A reliable form of transportation is essential for attending service calls.
- Access to a computer and the internet is necessary to log onto your portal.
- Workdays are Monday through Friday. You are required to log into your tech portal by 9 AM each workday to accept, code (update status), and map out your service calls.
- You will need to communicate with customers to confirm service windows for onsite visits.
- Parts will be supplied by the manufacturers and typically held at FedEx for you to pick up each morning. You will receive shipping labels and materials for returning the removed parts.
