Key Responsibilities
Guide emotional conversations regarding end-of-life and quality-of-life care for pets
Engage in positive interactions with pet families and answer a high volume of customer service calls
Accurately document pet medical information and schedule appointments while adhering to performance standards
Required Qualifications and Training
Experience in high call volume, customer service, or call center environments
Wired Ethernet connection required; satellite internet and hotspots are not supported
Ability to quickly learn custom software and programs like Gmail and Zoom
Previous experience in a work-from-home environment preferred
Must complete a mandatory 4-week intensive training program at the start of employment
