About the Role : Infectious Disease Specialist

We’re seeking a  Board-Certified Infectious Disease Physician  (MD or DO) with an Internal Medicine background to join our expanding team. This role blends traditional infectious disease medicine with elements of concierge and direct primary care (DPC), while integrating longevity research and personalized treatment approaches.

In This Role, You Will :

Diagnose and manage a broad spectrum of infectious diseases in outpatient and inpatient settings

Serve as a core consultant for internal medicine and specialty teams

Collaborate with microbiologists, ID nurses, and public health professionals

Lead patient education efforts on vaccines, travel medicine, and infection prevention

Contribute to outbreak response and infection control initiatives

Stay curious, lead with empathy, and model a spirit of continuous learning

What We Offer :

Base Salary  – $355,000 annually

Sign-On Bonus  – $30,000

Ideal Candidate Profile :

• MD or DO with board certification in Infectious Disease
• Completion of Internal Medicine residency and ID fellowship
• Licensed (or eligible) in Wyoming
• New grads or experienced physicians welcome
• Must provide current case logs for credentialing
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
