Caregiver RCP for Assisted Living

Avery Village is seeking a Resident Care Partner (Caregiver) for full and part-time positions. The ideal candidates must be devoted and compassionate about their chosen career.

Duties of a Resident Care Partner:

• Assisting with baths/showers
• Bed making, activity groups
• Pass trays and answer call lights
• Helping with meals and setting up the dining room, etc.

Qualifications for a Resident Care Partner:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Long term care experience- preferred
• Sufficient experience in order to perform daily tasks with an understanding of the duties involved.
