On-Court Presence : Maintain an average of 35 on-court hours per week, delivering high-energy, fun lessons. Program Mastery : Research and learn programming features and on-court tools to enhance lesson delivery. Lesson Delivery : Provide private and group lessons to players of all ages and levels. Financial Accountability : Manage the financial aspects of the programs and private lessons you conduct. Court Environment : Ensure a safe and clean playing environment. Desired Qualifications Education : College degree strongly preferred. Experience : 1-5+ years of tennis teaching experience. OPT Students just graduating - opportunities are available. - Certification : RSPA and / or PTR Certified, or a commitment to becoming certified. Playing Level : or higher. Attributes : Ambitious, passionate about people, coachable, with a contagious positive attitude. Professionalism : Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, high integrity, and dedication to providing personalized service.
