Full Time - Wednesday to Friday (1 : 00PM-9 : 30PM) and Saturday and Sunday (AM)

    • Full Time - Monday, Thursday, Friday (PM Start) with Saturday and Sunday (AM Start)

    Job Summary

    Our client is seeking an X-Ray Technologist to provide mobile X-Ray and EKG services to nursing homes, health care facilities, and other miscellaneous facilities. The role involves performing and processing X-Rays using portable digital radiography equipment, unloading equipment, performing EKGs, and maintaining communication with various stakeholders.

    Responsibilities

  • Perform and process X-Rays using portable digital (DR) or computed (CR) radiography equipment and submit / transmit them to a Radiologist for interpretation
  • Unload portable X-Ray equipment and take into facilities to perform exams ordered by the physician
  • Perform EKGs (as needed) and transmit them to a Cardiologist for interpretation
  • Scan exam related paperwork / billing documents on a daily basis per protocol
  • Regularly communicate with dispatch and management
  • Communicate efficiently and interact professionally with peers, supervisory staff, and clients
  • Maintain vehicle and x-ray equipment

    • Requirements

  • Valid American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) Certification
  • 1 Year experience in any of the following :
  • Meditech RAD - Radiology
  • Mammography
  • Radiology
  • 1 Year experience in any of the following :
  • Echocardiogram (echo)
  • Electrocardiogram (EKG / ECG)
  • Echocardiography
  • Driver's License
  • Proof of COVID-19 Vaccination or exemption request
