PAY & BENEFITS

Our Ag Service Technicians not only enjoy a great wage of $25.00 - $45.00 / hour but we also offer additional financial incentives like a $2000 guaranteed signing bonus overtime premiums on-call bonus eligibility and a progressive scale production-based incentive plan! THE AG SERVICE TECHNICIAN WERE LOOKING FOR

  • 3 years of professional hands-on diesel repair experience
  • Ability to operate vehicles and use diagnostic equipment
  • Ability to lift 75 lbs and perform physical activity in various weather conditions for extended periods of time
  • Valid drivers license

    • Bonus Qualifications

  • Formal John Deere training (JDU)
  • 10 years of experience in the agricultural industry
  • Positive employment of reasonable tenure with another John Deere dealer

    As our Ag Service Technician you complete exceptional repairs and reconditioning services on our various John Deere and agricultural heavy equipment. You tackle a wide range of mechanical electrical and hydraulic issues using specialized tools and equipment to perform precise dependable work. Eager to grow and improve your skills you actively participate in our ongoing training programs. By completing quality work and maintaining a safe environment you can take pride in being an integral part of our success!
