Technical Manager

Technical Manager Location : Savannah

As a Technical Manager, you will manage the Savannah Additives production technology portfolio, leading engineering best practice, resolving complex manufacturing issues, and partnering with R&D and Operations to optimize processes and support the successful scale-up and introduction of new products.

The Role :

As a Technical Manager, you will help drive our goals by :

• Leading complex production and process engineering issue resolution to ensure world-class manufacturing performance.
• Managing the Savannah Additives production technology portfolio and driving equipment and process optimization.
• Partnering with R&D, Engineering, Manufacturing Technology and Production to deliver successful plant trials and technology projects.
• Providing subject matter expertise to guide NPI and PIM design, scale-up and implementation.
• Driving engineering best practice, ensuring efficient, effective technical solutions and supporting major capital project development.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management and coordination capabilities, supported by a proactive mindset, enthusiasm and the ability to foster effective cross-functional collaboration.
