Job Summary : The Diabetes Program Manager is responsible for management of the Diabetes Program while meeting the national standards for diabetes self-management education. This includes the planning, implementation and evaluation of diabetes self-management education programs while meeting the needs of the hospital and community. Support the Vice President in accomplishing Division and Hospital goals.

Job Essentials : The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements and competencies.

• 3 or more years working in a Diabetes Education Program.
• Experience with the American Diabetes Association national recognition program.
• Strong communication skills; strong presentation skills and the ability to connect with a diverse audience
• Proven leadership experience.
