A prestigious Am Law 100 firm with a nationally recognized litigation team is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Business Litigation Practice Group in Tysons, Virginia.

This is a dynamic opportunity for an experienced litigator to take on sophisticated, high-stakes commercial matters on behalf of industry-leading clients across the country. You’ll be joining a litigation team that handles complex business disputes at both the state and federal levels. The firm’s deep bench and national platform make it a go-to for high-value litigation involving financial services, contracts, corporate governance, and more.

• 4–6 years of litigation experience, ideally at a nationally recognized law firm.

• Substantial involvement in complex commercial disputes.

• Strong command of civil procedure, including experience drafting and arguing motions, managing discovery, and taking/defending depositions.

• Prior experience working with financial services clients is a plus.

• Must be licensed or eligible for licensure in Virginia.

• Exceptional academic credentials and strong writing and oral advocacy skills required.

• Proven ability to interact directly with clients and manage cases independently or with minimal supervision.
