The Role:
We’re looking for mid-to-senior level associates (3+ years) with deep experience (and love) for working with emerging companies, founders, and VCs. If your sweet spot is advising startups, term sheet to Series D and beyond — keep reading.

You Might Be a Fit If You…
Have 3+ years of experience in corporate law with a focus on startups, venture capital, or emerging companies
Have a tech or life sciences focus (bonus points if you’ve walked a founder through their first SAFEs or navigated a complex cap table)
Have stellar academic credentials and can draft and negotiate in your sleep (but don’t, please)
Thrive in a collaborative team environment and communicate like a pro
Are barred (or eligible to waive in) to the state where you’d practice: CA, WA, NY, or DC

Base: $255,000 – $387,000
