Position Overview

Were seeking a consultative B2B salesperson to sell a complex tax-driven employer benefit solution. This role involves educating companies working with accountants to determine eligibility and managing the full sales cycle from outreach through close.

The Ideal Candidate

• Strong B2B consultative sales experience

• Comfortable selling complex or technical solutions

• Polished communication and presentation skills

• Experience selling to executives HR or finance leaders

• Entrepreneurial mindset (startup environment preferred)

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and close new employer partnerships

• Educate companies on childcare tax credit programs

• Manage full sales cycle and stakeholder relationships

• Coordinate with accountants and internal technical experts

• Present ROI and financial value to decision makers

Qualifications (Must-Haves)

• 3 years B2B sales experience

• Strong closing ability and relationship management skills

• Professional English communication

• Experience in benefits fintech payroll HR tech or financial services (preferred)
