Role Summary

The Remote Booking Agent supports clients by assisting with detailed travel research, coordinating reservations, and ensuring booking details are accurate and complete. This role focuses on customer service, booking coordination, and administrative accuracy in a remote work environment.

Primary Responsibilities

• Process and manage travel bookings for flights, accommodations, cruises, and related services
• Provide clients with general destination and itinerary information
• Communicate with travel suppliers to confirm reservations and details
• Respond to client inquiries via email, phone, and online platforms
• Maintain accurate client records and booking documentation
• Follow established procedures and guidelines for bookings and communication

Required Qualifications
