Position Summary

The Guest Services/Front Desk Attendant is responsible for delivering outstanding customer service to guests from the moment they arrive. This position plays a key role in the overall guest experience, handling check-ins, reservations, guest inquiries, and various front desk operations. A successful candidate will be professional, friendly, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet all guests warmly and professionally upon arrival. • Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently. • Process reservations, changes, and cancellations using the POS/reservation system. • Provide information about resort amenities, services, and local attractions. • Handle guest questions, concerns, and special requests with professionalism and care. • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and lobby area. • Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience. • Operate the point-of-sale system for retail or admission-related transactions. • Monitor guest access and wristband issuance for various amenities. • Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety protocols. • Other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required. • Previous customer service, front desk, or hospitality experience preferred. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage time effectively. • Comfortable using computer systems and POS software (training provided). • Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs. • Reliable, punctual, and detail oriented. • Must be available to work weekdays, weekends, and evenings. • Must be 16 years or older to apply. • Must be 21 years or older to access the 21+ side of the property.
