Oracle Cloud Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Consultant | Accounts Payable

Our client is seeking an Accounts Payable Consultant to serve as the organizations Oracle Procurement (P2P) subject matter expert during a large‑scale Oracle transformation initiative. This role requires deep functional expertise in Accounts Payable, hands‑on experience designing Procure‑to‑Pay workflows including three‑way match, purchasing, receiving, and invoice‑to‑pay and the ability to partner with Finance and Supply Chain leaders to build scalable, future‑state processes. No Visa Sponsorship | No Relocation Assistance Location: Renton, WA (Hybrid or Remote) Contract Duration: TBD Requirements: Support change management, training, and adoption of new P2P processes. Support Oracle Procurement configuration, testing, and functional validation. Lead AP and P2P process design sessions and document future‑state workflows. Develop and review SIT/UAT test scripts and partner with business users during execution. Troubleshoot AP/P2P issues and provide functional guidance during transformation activities. Collaborate with Finance, Supply Chain, and IT to ensure alignment across purchasing, receiving, and AP processes. Provide expertise on AP controls, invoice workflows, payment runs, and exception handling. Qualifications/Must-Haves: implementations (Oracle Cloud ERP preferred) Experience writing or reviewing SIT/UAT test scripts. Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally. Proven expertise with Oracle Procurement / Procure‑to‑Pay (P2P) modules. Experience with three‑way match, purchasing, receiving, and AP invoicing. Demonstrated experience supporting ERP transformation or large system. 5+ years of hands‑on Accounts Payable experience in mid‑size or large organizations. Strong understanding of AP process controls, invoice workflows, payment runs, and exception management. Bachelor's degree preferred (Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field), or equivalent combination of education and hands‑on Oracle Cloud P2P experience. Preferred Skills: Oracle Cloud ERP implementation experience. Experience with AP automation tools or workflow engines. Experience in healthcare, nonprofit, or multi‑entity environments.
