Job Title : Customer Service Representative

Location : Nashville, TN

Overview :

Seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our fast-paced team. This role is critical in ensuring exceptional service for existing clients while supporting new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities :

• Handle inbound calls and emails from customers, providing timely and accurate assistance.
• Process client change orders and update account information as requested.
• Generate and verify work orders for upcoming and previous days.
• Provide sales quotes and assist with new client setup for phone and web sales.
• Make outbound calls as needed to follow up on requests or confirm details.
• Collaborate with the Customer Service team to manage 20–50 calls daily.
• Perform accurate order entry and maintain sensitive information with confidentiality.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Nashville, TN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $24.00 / hr.
