Manages a team of intermediate or experienced professionals in product management. Implements product development, advertising, viability, and marketing/sales strategies. Maintains relationships with key internal and external stakeholders and advises a team on relevant marketing processes/policies in support of the overall marketing strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Increase sales and profitability of the assigned product lines
• Be the internal champion for the assigned product lines and provide leadership team updates on business needs and direction.
• Analyze market and develop product strategy to drive share growth for the segment
• Assess market competition by comparing the company's product to competitors' products.
• Work with Senior Product Manager to direct marketing communication for assigned product lines
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, suppliers, and customers to develop product requirements and specifications for new product development.
• Provide guidance for developing sales and marketing tools that assist the field sales force in their selling efforts of assigned product lines.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through the sales and order processes

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree
• 6+ years of experience in an industrial or HVAC segment
• Traveling up to 10% is required

Preferred Qualifications:

• Masters degree
• Experience with DOAS and WSHP systems
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Working knowledge of SAP
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Due to customer contractual agreements, must be a US citizen, green card holder, or permanent resident of USA.

Pay Range: $90,263 - $157,959 Annually
