Job Description

Pay & Benefits

• $15.00-$16.00/hr, plus $1/hr for weekend visits*
• Potential to earn up to $18.00/hr after your first 8 weeks**

*Weekend visits are defined as shifts starting between Saturday 12:01AM and Sunday 11:59PM.

**To qualify for the wage increase, you need to meet requirements as a driver (valid U.S. driver’s license and a clean driving record), have more than 6 months of paid/professional caregiving experience, work 20 visits during the first 8 weeks, and remain in good standing. The $18.00 rate applies in select regions for weekend shifts with high transfer clients.

Your Responsibilities as a Caregiver

• Build relationships with clients through companionship and compassionate caregiving.
• Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping duties.
• Provide personal care services, including assistance with grooming, bathing, restroom use, and managing incontinence.

Requirements

• Minimum of three professional references.
• Able and willing to work at least two shifts every weekend with the same client(s) for consistent care and relationship-building.
• Basic English speaking, reading, and writing abilities (bilingual or multilingual individuals are encouraged to apply).
• Complete any necessary compliance, license, or registration requirements.
