Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support to customers and partners
Manage support cases, ensuring timely resolution and follow-ups
Publish technical documentation and review training materials
Required Qualifications
Hands-on experience with Palo Alto Next Generation Firewalls and Panorama
Application Performance Monitoring expertise
In-depth knowledge of Remote Access technologies
Network Security experience (IPS / IDS, ZBFW, NGFW)
Expertise in IP Routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP)
