Senior Mechanical Engineer

We do this by aligning the voice of our small business members with advocacy for change in federal policy that will make the government market more accessible to small businesses and the commercial technology ecosystem.

The Channel's founding Technical Board Members include former government leaders and IT executives passionate about bringing best-of-breed technology to the government.

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Mechanical Engineer to join our team!

Responsibilities :

• Perform mechanical engineering analysis, design, development, and testing for missile launchers, support equipment, and weapon control systems.
• Utilize mechanical engineering software tools such as SolidWorks, LS-DYNA, or Craft Tech for structural, fluid, and thermal analysis.
• Coordinate mechanical fabrication, assembly, and testing activities to ensure equipment meets design specifications and operational requirements.
• Conduct structural design, finite element analysis, fluid dynamics, and thermal dynamics evaluations to optimize system performance.
• Provide technical guidance and support throughout the lifecycle of maritime, missile, launcher, and weapon systems projects.
