Our client is seeking a Production Engineer to oversee daily production operations, optimize plant performance, and support continuous improvement projects. Key Responsibilities Monitor and improve production processes for chemical treatment and regeneration. Partner with shift supervisors and operators to resolve technical and operational issues. Analyze process and lab data to identify trends, troubleshoot problems, and enhance efficiency. Lead or support special projects, trials, and capital improvement initiatives. Collaborate with Maintenance, HSE, and Production teams to ensure safety and reliability. Contribute to process documentation, quality plans, and standard operating procedures. Calculate and report material balances and utility usage. Train and mentor plant personnel, including operators and interns. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical preferred). 7 years of experience in chemical manufacturing, petrochemical, or refining operations. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical writing skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Inventory Management System (IMS); ISO 9001 experience a plus.
