About the Role

Located in the Portland Oregon area, the Application Engineer will provide customer support and process solutions for the optimization and utilization of Canon products at the customer's location. This is an exciting opportunity for candidates with lithography, metrology, software and / or modelling capabilities who enjoy a technical challenge working with equipment, processes and customers. You will work at various customer sites to support the integration and continuous operation of our semiconductor equipment.

Your Impact

• Optimize and track both semiconductor lithography process and equipment in the field
• Respond to issues in the field regarding equipment or customer processes and communicate with domestic and international design teams for successful resolution.
• Analyze data, identify causes and provide solutions with other application engineers as well as the field service team.
• Discuss and negotiate with customers about semiconductor product specifications and testing implementation and methods.
• Work with customers to improve products performance using analytical and problem solving skills

We are providing the anticipated salary range for this role $76,150 - $114,040
