Hope Springs Wellness is a PHP / IOP treatment program dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care for individuals recovering from substance use and co-occurring disorders. We focus on structured treatment, accountability, and meaningful recovery.

Position Overview :

We are seeking a skilled and licensed Group Facilitator to lead psychoeducational and therapeutic groups in our PHP / IOP levels of care. The ideal candidate can engage clients in purposeful, educational, and skills-based sessions while maintaining strong documentation standards in the KIPU EMR system.

Responsibilities :

Facilitate daily psychoeducational and therapeutic groups that are structured, engaging, and recovery-focused

Deliver groups on topics such as relapse prevention, coping skills, healthy communication, stress management, and wellness

Ensure groups are clinically appropriate, purposeful, and consistent with individualized treatment plans

Document all sessions accurately and timely in KIPU EMR, including group content, participation, and clinical observations

Collaborate with the treatment team to support continuity of care

Maintain compliance with state regulations, accreditation standards, and program policies

Minimum Qualifications (must meet one of the following) :

CADC-I or higher (California Consortium of Addiction Programs and Professionals CCAPP, or equivalent)

BBS-registered associate (AMFT, ACSW, APCC) under clinical supervision

Licensed clinician (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, PsyD, or PhD)

Prior group facilitation experience in a PHP / IOP or SUD / mental health setting

Strong documentation skills with experience in KIPU EMR (preferred)

Ability to run engaging, structured groups that bring real value to clients

Strong communication and rapport-building skills

Organized, dependable, and able to document in real time

Team-oriented with a focus on quality care
