Vascular Sonographer - Charlotte, NC

Join a dynamic imaging team as an Ultrasound Technologist specializing in vascular and general ultrasound imaging. This contract role is based in Charlotte, NC, supporting two locations with a split assignment between two outpatient and emergency departments. Candidates will work rotating shifts delivering high-quality diagnostic ultrasound services in a fast-paced clinical setting.

Responsibilities include performing ultrasound exams with emphasis on vascular, GYN, and procedural imaging. Utilization of Siemens Sequoia and Toshiba Yario 200 ultrasound machines is required, along with proficiency in EPIC EMR, Epic Radiant RIS, and Philips iSite PACS systems. The role demands collaboration with department leadership and adherence to clinical protocols.

Shift Schedule:

• Monday: 6:00 AM 3:00 PM
• Friday: 2:00 PM 11:00 PM
• Saturday & Sunday: 9:00 AM 7:00 PM
• On-call and weekend rotations are required, with travelers working approximately 75% of holidays.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of ultrasound experience preferred
• Certification by the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) or the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in Sonography required
• Current BLS certification
• Experience in vascular, GYN, and procedural ultrasound imaging
• Ability to work with EPIC, Epic Radiant, and Philips iSite
• Must be flexible to travel with permanent address at least 50 miles outside the home unit radius
