Shift Leader

Restaurant Shift Leader is where the fun really starts. It's a launching point into the management positions at Snappy Salads. A Shift Supervisor/Leader holds the controls to the ship and will serve as the manager on duty when circumstances arise. They're responsible for executing a smooth shift, as a steward of our standards of quality, hospitality and accuracy. They'll help open and close the restaurant and act like the owner of the restaurant, training new team members, maintaining an organized back office, and serving as a point of contact for guests who need special attention.

Snappy Salads opened in 2006 with the idea that you could order the exact salad you wanted, made in minutes, with quality ingredients, in cool surroundings. Every day, we create fantastic food that will make you feel good, or even better, after eating it. And that is why we use the term "life-changing salads." It's been our pleasure to grow to 14 restaurants across the DFW area helping guests discover satisfying every day.

Requirements:

Our Shift Leaders have the keys to the kingdom, and that's why we're looking for some very special candidates:

• 18+ years old
• Full-time availability with flexible schedule
• Team player, motivator and FUN!
• A people person
• Good cash handing skills
• Experience with oversight of restaurant in managers absence
