The Department of Orthopedics at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center and its affiliated partner hospitals are seeking a highly qualified and energetic fellowship trained physiatrist to join its spine division. The successful candidate will be engaged in a busy, ambulatory practice and will have the opportunity to practice the full range of PM&R clinical activities including spine evaluation and management and spinal interventional procedures (i.e. injections).
Proficiency in spine rehab, spine wellness, and sports spine injuries is a plus. Candidates must have completed an accredited physical medicine and rehabilitation training program, be board certified/board eligible, and be eligible for licensure in Massachusetts.
Clinical practice will be based at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, a major teaching hospital of Harvard Medical School in the heart of Boston’s Longwood Medical Area. It will also be associated with our multidisciplinary Spine Center, with additional clinical opportunities at satellite locations.

Pay Range:
$250,000 - $500,000
The base pay range reflects what Harvard Medical Faculty Physicians at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center (HMFP) reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this role at the time of posting and may be modified from time to time. Actual compensation within this range may be determined based on several factors, including academic appointment, work experience, specialty training, geography of work location, anticipated productivity, FTE basis, and role expectations. In addition to base compensation, this role may be eligible for performance-based incentives, which may include bonuses for productivity and quality HMFP also offers a comprehensive and generous employee benefits program to eligible employees, including health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, as well as retirement plan(s) with employer contributions.
