Roessel Joy is looking for a Business Development Associate to join the sales team. The role is best suited for an independent self-starter with a high level of drive and the ability to function confidently and professionally within a sales environment.
Responsibilities :
- Source, qualify, and contact clients
- Keep detailed records of clients information and past feedback for future roles
- Manage a portfolio of clients and maintain good relationships with them
- Adhere to core activity metrics laid out by management
- Managing ongoing assignments to deliver outstanding customer service to both clients and candidates
- Participate in local trade association and networking events to increase Roessel Joy Staffing LLC presence in the local business community
