As a Program Manager for our Vertical Design and Construction Department, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering complex building programs that shape the future. This is an opportunity to lead multidisciplinary teams, manage high-value projects, and drive excellence from concept through completion.

What You'll Do

• Provide leadership and oversight for multiple vertical design and construction projects under a unified program.
• Direct and coordinate internal teams and external consultants, including architects, engineers, and contractors.
• Manage all phases of project developmentprogramming, design, construction, and closeoutensuring alignment with program objectives.
• Maintain accountability for cost, schedule, quality, and contract compliance across all assignments.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with clients, architects of record, general contractors, and key stakeholders.
• Identify risks, implement mitigation strategies, and resolve issues proactively.
• Foster collaborative communication and team-building to achieve project success.
• Support business development initiatives and contribute to program growth.

The base salary range for this position is $230,000.00 to $300,000.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
