The Company is in search of a Head of Business Development to spearhead global growth initiatives in the advanced therapeutics sector, with a focus on cell and gene therapy. This executive will play a pivotal role in shaping the organization's revenue strategy, leading a cross-functional commercial team, and driving business development across biotech, pharma, and academic clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full sales pipeline, overseeing strategic initiatives in marketing, pricing, and customer retention, and ensuring the delivery of aligned proposals in collaboration with R&D, quality, and manufacturing teams. The role demands a strategic and scientifically fluent leader who can thrive in a high-growth environment and is adept at representing the company at global conferences and industry events. Applicants for the Head of Business Development position at the company should hold a Bachelor's degree or higher in life sciences or business, with a deep knowledge of cell and gene therapy workflows.
