Key Responsibilities
Answer inquiries from plan participants, group contacts, and providers about benefits and claims
Document calls and interactions accurately in the system
Assist team members and support clients with questions about health benefit plans
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required
Basic computer and customer service experience
Minimum typing speed of 45 wpm
Ability to read and interpret benefit plans and insurance documents
