We are looking for a motivated, goal-oriented individual to join our Entry Level Assistant Manager team to assist in meeting our growing client's demands. As an Entry Level Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the sales and marketing team, driving sales for our telecommunications client, and promoting business growth. You will execute field marketing and sales strategies as a point person and oversee a team of Junior Marketing and Sales Representatives to ensure that the company is achieving desired performance metrics on behalf of the client. As this is an entry level role, we will offer comprehensive training and one-on-one mentorship to ensure success in the role.

Responsibilities of an Entry Level Assistant Manager :

• Interact face-to-face with prospective customers, presenting products and services that are tailored to each customer's needs and ensuring understanding
• Support and motivate sales and marketing team members to meet and exceed sales goals by providing consistent mentorship and fostering a collaborative team environment
• Keep accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions to track performance, ensure a seamless enrollment process, and guarantee a high level of customer satisfaction
• Assist in developing and improving marketing and sales strategies that are aimed at boosting sales performance
• Promote customer loyalty by providing excellent customer service by answering all questions and concerns in a professional manner, and offering personalized solutions to ensure customer satisfaction
