FQHC-LAs provide whole-person care, creating opportunities for the health center to go beyond the traditional four walls of medicine to address barriers that often are the root cause of poor health. VHP is a non-profit organization to provide participation in National Health Service Corps and Public Service Loan Forgiveness Programs. Practices core values of Respect, Compassion, Excellence, and Connectedness Full time clinicians are scheduled 36 patient hours and 4 hours of administrative time Monday - Friday Clinic Schedule with occasional weekend rounding Partnering with the people of our community to achieve health and wellness through the delivery of extraordinary care that is compassionate, accessible and affordable in a family-centered and culturally sensitive environment. Valley Health Partners Community Health Center (VHP) is a non-profit organization dedicated to advancing the health & wellness of the Lehigh Valley vulnerable community members and is recognized as a Federally Qualified Health Center-Look Alike (FQHC-LA). VHP Family Health Center is seeking a full time Physician to provide caring, compassionate and comprehensive primary care for patients from birth to geriatrics. This practice also offers family planning, gynecological care, as well as subspecialty clinics including manipulations, sports medicine, and treatment for substance use disorders.
Minimum qualifications : Doctor of Medicine.
Preferred qualifications : Clinical experience in a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) setting, preferred.
Training : Board Certificated or Board Eligible
Licensure : Current PA Medical License or ability to obtain one. Active CDS Certification. Active DEA Certification. Willingness to obtain CPR Certification.
